Our limestone mines provide a truly unique experience that you'll remember for years to come. 

Imagine riding in total darkness guided only by your own headlights.  Twisting through an underground labyrinth that seems to go on forever.

Suddenly, coming upon a huge underground lake that time has forgotten and finally bursting out into the unexpectedly brilliant sunlight; feeling exhilarated, somewhat relieved and wanting desperately to do it all again. 

That's the Mines & Meadows experience!!!

Mine Tours:

Tours will be held Monday - Friday at 2:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday are at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Basic Rules for the Mine Tours:

• All mine tours are guided tours, no one is permitted to enter the mine without a guide.

• The mine is a constant 55 degrees; appropriate attire needs to be worn even in the middle of summer.

• Tours will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• During much of the mine tour, headlights provide the only source of illumination.  Therefore, all riders must have sufficient light for their machine.  For safety reasons, the final decision on which machines can participate in the tours must reside with the tour guide.

• Please remember that this is a tour and not a race.  Our objective is to safely accommodate all skill and experience levels.
