Although I have spent nearly 40 years as a successful risk taker and entrepreneur in Western Pennsylvania, I probably still surprised many local developers when I decided to invest nearly $2 million of my own money into development of an ATV riding resort like Mines & Meadows. I have felt driven to do this project by some basic beliefs: a love for the sport, its great camaraderie, and an intense desire to pass along some of the joy I've found to others that might not otherwise have the opportunity. My goal is ultimately to provide ATV riders with the "Country Club" atmosphere they deserve. Cynics might say that at 64 years of age, I will never recoup my investment; they may be right. I prefer to think that providing a state of the art resort where friends and families can congregate and enjoy this wonderful sport is my way of giving something back. Pennsylvania ranks second only to Texas in the number of registered ATVs and holds a similar position in new sales. Even more interesting is the fact that 37 percent of all those registered ATV owners live right here in Western PA. As an avid ATV rider, I am all too aware of the crackdown in recent years on (illegal) riding on both private and public lands. Until now the only alternative for local riders was to drive 3-4 hours, spend a fortune in gas hauling your ATVs, wait in long lines just to get on a trail, probably pay again to stay overnight and finally repeat the process to come back home. Mines & Meadows thankfully offers area residents a
completely different ATV experience and will eventually have all the amenities one might expect at a
first-class ski resort. Our annual rates may seem somewhat higher than other
riding parks until one considers the
average annual costs being paid by ATV riders in PA. Our

For those interested in investing directly in Mines & Meadows, we offer extremely competitive rates of return and even have plans that let you ride for free while you earn. Investment Options |
